Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that incorporates breath, movement, stretching and meditation. It is effective, efficient, and includes many of the asanas found in Hatha Yoga.
Inspired by her trainings with Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Nadia began to study the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Yoga is accessible to every body and you are not required to be in perfect physical shape.
The best thing to say about Kundalini Yoga (which is true of all yoga) is that you have to experience it. No words can replace the experience. Kundalini Yoga helps to relieve stress, restore the nervous system and promote glandular balance, optimal health, vitality, and radiance.
