Yoga is the Science of One. As a Yoga Therapist - I will asses and treat you as the individual that you are. Each of our needs are different at different times. Each move or position we do in Yoga is designed to gently awaken, stretch, or strengthen the specific muscles that need attention. We will also work with specific Pranayama (breathing) techniques that can affect your body, mind and endocrine system in incredibly powerful ways. It's like shooting arrows at a target and having each one go in the bulls-eye.

Scheduling Policy:

Appointment changes & cancellations are requested at least 48 hrs in advance. Cancellations received after 24 hrs notice will be charged, in full, for the session.

Heather's approach is based on Yogic Science and Ayurvedic medicine. Heather's recommendations include natural foods, natural healing methods, yoga therapy, positive affirmations and daily lifestyle choices. Meditation, visualization and/or wellness enhancing activities to optimize your health and well being may be included.
