2012 Weekend Yoga Retreat

Winter is a perfect time to turn our energy and attention inward. Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over we can put our time and effort into nurturing ourselves. Spend the weekend at the historic Lansing Lodge, located on the sandy shores of Lake Erie at the Buffalo Canoe Club in Ridgeway.
This yoga retreat will combine Hatha yoga, Kundalini kriyas (exercises), meditation techniques that reconnect us to our most powerful and inspiring self. Enjoy delicious healthy food, an Ayurvedic - inspired supper followed by a live music kirtan performance on Saturday night.
Each participant will also receive a 30 min Reflexology treatment, aromatherapy massage, and a personalized reading from Ginette Hunter, Feng Shui consultant. You Feng Shui Personal Consultation provides a one/one insight to understand and benefit from the Elements. Learn how you can prosper and feel better within your space. This written consultation from Ginette will provide information on the following:
* What is your Kua # and which Element does it represent.
* Which Element nourishes you and which exhaust you.
* The four personal directions which best support your; 1) Health, 2) Wealth, 3) Love, 4) Personal Growth
* Why do we get along better with certain people, how does their Element effect us.
This personal report hand out is carefully prepared by Ginette herself and you will receive a copy of it to take home with you.
Participants will also learn all about the upcoming Year of the Water Dragon which is no ordinary year! Learn what this fast moving year has in store and how to make the most from this powerful energy. We look at what historic events occurred during The Dragon Year and what it means for 2012. This popular presentation provides much interest, discussion and insight.
We will release the old - stress, tension and tightness of the year past and welcome the new -our best year yet! Be ready to sweat, stretch and smile your way through these practices and this incredibly nurturing weekend. Suitable for all levels.
